That guy lying to the inspector is setting himself up for a bad experience.
Yes they don't check all the time but someday they will. Then he would be banned from future entry with out some sort of prior approved paperwork.
Border agents have way more power then the police do.

 

I mean if you drag a load and was planning to cross in at windsor and for whatever reason they refuse you entry. I mean to say you do have options... I carry non owned trailer insurance for this purpose

 

Since 9/11 They go back for ever and not just convictions if you were arrested they will find it..

 

That's what I thought. I couldn't see where you were talking about getting rehabilitated because of a DUI or something just to enter.

 

I stopped using 730 Permits because of Evelyn. I find her to be an incompetent, arrogant individual (showing much restraint in my choice of noun). I much prefer Nova Permits.

 

I only used them for initial setup and now they renew my Border transponder and Quebec authority... yes Evelyn..leaves a lot to be desired, let's say...

 

Yes, I am a Canadian bonded carrier. I used to run under the brokerages bond's that I get my North bound freight, but since I have my own return freight I went out and got bonded and setup for hauling in and out of Canada too.

 

They used to do that for me to but I dropped them. Super easy to do and faster to do it myself on the DTOPS website.
