I am also looking hard at USXPRESS and that account in particular. The money does sound too good to be true, but if the $ is real, I am not scared to work for it.
ANYONE with recent US Xpress Dollar General account experience??

Too many reasons why those accts are always open! Tried it with werner and was not worth the hassle!

I noticed US Express is pulling DG trailers out of the Bessemer Al. DC , i thought Werner & Schneider had this account only?
-
Not sure but Could be a transfer or one of the primary carriers at the DC had too many service failures so they brought in extra help.

Dollar General is staffed by people who're less than motivated in life or half way retired. The unloads are agonizingly slow due to this fact. The lots are typically small and you could be doing a lot of blind side backing.Highway_Executive Thanks this. -
I'm on this account...

Today's my last run with them.
It's a company that will fill you with lies from the minute the recruiter opens their mouth till the day you walk out the door .
They survive off of turnover .
They use technology to get drivers hired faster than any other company in the business .
Pm me for details .
Please do your research on Max Fuller and the companies turnover, profits, losses and driver treatment before considering them .
The larger the sign on the worse the job.
I'm at the top of the DG pay grade, run 4-6 loads a week and don't see the pay numbers they advertise and I put the work in. I Max out my 70 nearly every week .ghostcookie and Highway_Executive Thank this.
