I'm wondering whose social security numbers they used. Even living in Spain they can draw American social security checks, but not if they used someone else's social security numbers. They'll probably sue for that next.MidwestResident, coastietruckin', passingthru69 and 1 other person Thank this.

Please refrain from using more than 6 words of 7 letters or more per dozen! Searching through this Thesaurus gets me so confused!

But is it fraud when the US Armed Forces do it?
-
What are you accusing ?

When the military does it?
Let's see....the applicant openly states and gives background documentation (birth certificate or passport) with the understanding that completing the minimum term of service (4 years) will give the applicant an EARNED legal citizenship of the USA. Both sides (applicant and US Military) have been upfront about what is to be gained and what can be lost. Now, show me where there is any FRAUD involved in the arrangement.
EARN YOUR CITIZENSHIP THROUGH SERVICE IN THE US MILITARY....not to mention the education benefits after active service. -
They pay taxes by using someone elses SS# or else they haven't been paying taxes and the IRS is none the wiser. Hospitals aren't ICE, and schools only need vaccination verification, though I think with these outbreaks with TB they've been screwing the pooch on that too.
Both parents also were immigration activists, and they protect their own. It may sound fishy, but there's reasons why they can stay under the radar for lengths of time. Our system doesn't exactly make it hard for them be here illegally. However, a DUI is a sticky wicket for them, but still many times they're cut loose with a court date they don't show up for, and they're free to wander the country until the next time they're caught, then it can be wash, rinse and repeat like we saw in the case of Kate Steinle where the criminal element was released into a sanctuary city free as a bird.
But I sure would like to know who gave the guy the CDL. They should be in jail for fraud.MidwestResident, coastietruckin', misterG and 3 others Thank this. -
Or ... the military has been granted the authority to decide where as the other is a civil matter that adheres to a different set of rules.
