What's the word? Is there no yearly raise? I'd like to make more than 46 cpm. Last year we all knew what the raise would be in early January. I guess it's tough to report record profits and while telling drivers there'll be no raise this year!!!!!!

Yea buddy what am I going to do with it all haha. Our stores are so far from the D.C. we don't get the big activity pay like everyone else. Pretty much just a .46 cpm driver so it'd be nice to make a bit more.

Looks like a penny on mileage pay. 25 cents on arrival. 50 cent safety bonus added to each arrivals

I hear Walmart drivers make 80k. How does that work with 46cpm, lots of benefits I guess?

Well there is more then cpm. We get paid for dropping and hooking, live loads and unloads and safety bonus. It all adds up. I made over 85k in 2016

We are also paid hub miles - not pc miler - 82K is for a 1st year driver. But that is an average. Most do a little better than that. Once you get to top pay in 3 yrs, you'll be in the 95K - 100K range.

Yes, we want to work somewhere that takes care of their employees. If we didn't want increases in pay, we would've just gone to work at all OTR companies listed on TTR.

Now I'll be happily making 47 cpm this month and new drivers at Walmart will earn 46 cpm for their first year.
