Bordeaux is on I-25. Looking at MyRadar with the wind layer, it looks the same as when we blasted through there Friday early AM and Saturday afternoon. There isn't very much intensity to the winds. Set your tandems all the way back and drive a tad slower when passing the gullies south of Wheatland. This is doable.
Blowover risk?

I've hauled a lot of light loads across Wyoming. I take off right after midnight when the wind is down
to about 35 and run across. -

If you're in Cheyenne with a light load going north on 25 (Monday @ 1400) I would seriously reconsider leaving right now. Winds are pretty fierce from Wheatland south. That last gust of wind that hit convinced me to get off and into the rest area pronto. Winds are supposed to die down later.

Ran up to Casper this morning, 75,200 GVW, the winds from Chugwater to Wheatland had me rocking and fighting the wheel, like magic, at the 92 stick they died out, but from just N. of Wellington, Co. to Wheatland it was windy. On the way back, luckily a load we weren't supposed to pickup till tomorrow was ready today, so I was able to cut over to Morrill, Ne. and pick it up, otherwise I would have been napping in Wheatland until the wind died down. I've been blown over once, don't want it to happen again.

And if driving a truck, pull over and park.
I'm here in Cheyenne, WY until tomorrow morning because of the high winds.
65+ mph gusts along I-80.
Even if I were heavy I would be shut down.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
