Yeah thats rays shop hes usually backed up a week or two doing repairs for customers... his personal life is demanding family wise.... his plate is always full... wizard at ch.5 cb shop there in west Memphis checks sets swrs.... $5 to check it with a mfj

Just to add on what Ridgeline said
The newer 19's have small pcb's mounted vertically onto the main pcb. This was done to save space. Ive seen those small verticle pcb's work loose over time, and cause all sorts of issues. Nothing like what the op's issue is. Usualy a dead radio is the result.
