Illegal immigrant truck driver; What?

Really not sure what point you keep trying to make.........OK Americans kill Americans.......we lose more citizens every year to auto accidents than terrorism etc......doesn't change that we need to CONTROL OUR BORDERS......all of them, and get back to a controlled, reasonable immigration policy that protects American citizens, while allowing qualified applicants to immigrate.

Funny thing is Few remember Jimmy Carter invoking the McCarran-Walter Act of 1952 that allows for the "suspension" of entry by the President, whenever the President finds that entry of aliens into the US would be "detrimental" to the interests of the US.....so Carter in 1979 used it to keep Iranians out of the US after the fall of Iran. He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government. And then he deported a bunch of them.Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.

Additionally, it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act also requires that an "applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and in agreement with the principles of our Constitution."

Therefore, one could surmise that since the Quran forbids Muslims to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL Muslims should be refused immigration to OUR country.

I've been over this, I won't bother going over it again.

I'm here legally and have the same rights as any citizen, save for one. I cannot vote. But I can still voice my opinion, as is my right. And I will.
