Read your book dude there is a table for interstate highways and also state routes. Interstates all permit 20,000 or more as long as tires and axle are weight rated higher than the weight. State routes are all different.

As long as your ratings are good to cover the weight; then yes.

Hell, my Volvo is almost 14,000lb on steer axle bobtail.
I have a 14600lb front axle and run L rated 20 ply tires, not had a problem yet crossing scales.rabbiporkchop, icsheeple and crb Thank this. -

Do you have any weight exemptions because of the type of tractor you have?
if your axel rated weight is 14,300 they don't mess with you for being 14,860? -
I drove a t200 that case over weight on steers bobtail never bothered. Puts trailer on and I was fine.
