wenger truck lines

I quit Kreilkamp in 2008 after spending alot of downtime on the road and getting tiny checks, so I don't blame you. But wenger doesn't sound good at all, search on here for wenger, you'll see the posts

 

My only experience with Wenger has been conversations with some of their drivers and observing the quality of the equipment they have. Never have talked with one of their drivers that liked Wenger, and they leave a lot to be desired for equipment. I cross paths with Wenger trucks quite frequently, since it seems they operated in a lot of the same lanes I do. I wouldn't consider them unless you are desparate.

 

I just got an offer from them to start Tuesday (newspaper ad) and I think i'll pass after reading the info on this forum. Thanks all who have commented!

 

Oh yes stay away from Wenger. Husband &i drove for them for 2 1/2 yrs. Lease purchased the only decent truck they had, 1999 freightliner classic xl. They got rid of us after I turned in their night mechanic for sexual harrassment. We owed about 8000 on the trk, they just gave it to us as long as we left. Worked for me

 

I know exactly who you are!!! You and your husband were not the best team fr Wenger. Your mouth always got you into trouble with Wenger. I was glad the day that you and Vernie were signed over that truck and gone. I really wish that people would put the WHOLE TRUTH on these forums instead of just the negative things. You are trashing the company!! YOU WERE FAR FROM A GREAT TEAM!!!! You did't deserve to work for Wenger Truck Line!!!!

 

I drove fpr wenger and a trailer lost everything on a avle with 45000 in the trailer.DOT said it looked like the mechanic overtightened the lugnuts after they worked on it the week before.Left me sitting for 2 days and then said it was my fault and stoled 2500.00 of my money,Safety director quit his job soon after they had stolen my money.He was disgusted with them not taking responsibilty for their crappy garage

Wenger is in the process of changing their name.I called about a ad on Craigslist for a company called dts.recruiter asked me if I saw the dts or wenger ad.poor guy got it both barrels.
