Does anyone have any experience doing the lease trainer position?
The offer sounds pretty solid. The biggest downfall is paying the student .09 a mile to the company. But hey its better then paying a employee .45 to run with me. They charge .13 a mile for maintenence that goes to crst. This covers anything and everything no matter what breaks even towing. Fixed expenses are 750 a week and they average 1.45 to the contractor. They also claim 1800 profit off of 3500 miles and 3000 profit off of 5000 miles. What am I missing or is it a solid job? I have read a lot about crst and your success depends on your dm. Any insight would be helpful from current or past lease trainers thanks

I'm a a little confused. What I get out of this is when you turned the truck in they charged you 5500? For what.. condition of the truck early termination without 2 weeks notice? Do you mind elaborating?
