To go from Galveston Texas to Bridgeport WV plus $1000.00 per day detention while the customer tried to figure out how to get this 180,000 pound metal thing up the side of a mountain via a dirt logging road.
Not sure if he was pulling my leg or not.

On our 7 axle rig, I charge $150 per hr for detention, plus per diem if overnight.

We had platforms side by side with saddle cradles going across to each in with the cradles attached to a 11" center pin to each. If I can dig out the pictures, I'll post them. If I remember right. We was something like 27' outside of platform cradle platform.
