If you are not familiar with the truck, make sure a reputable mechanic can check it out before you sign the papers.

 

Back to of this yunk are 2 openings by the camshaft .. normal you can see the when you look from the batteries up
But how old is the truck ??

 

Nope. Head gasket means possible internal problems. Walk away.
