I'm not trying to be negative- I feel for you in this situation and hopefully it all works out smoothly and quickly for you. But any new driver reading this thread needs to understand that it's our responsibility to self certify every time we're issued a new medical card

The doctor certifies and the company or individual registers it to the state. The doctors office told me this yesterday. Talked to the previous manager of this company I'm working for and she the company always did. That the new manager just didn't do it. This manager has never worked in logistics before here and customers complain about her all the not getting info from her. The company I'm trying to get signed on with now said they register the drivers medical cards. They're are the ones who found out about license and why it was a class C

They found out about your license because the insurance, company told them.

I didn't know my license was suspended 30 days because of fingerprints. office insurance ran a check in August and called office who told me.

I just found out that the company I drive for (company driver) never registered my medical card in 2015. IVE BEEN DRIVING THIS WHOLE TIME!! The medical card doesn't expire till September 2017 and my license doesn't expire untill January 2018. At this time don't know when it did but my license has been downgraded to a C from A. I've been driving and holding a CDL for 16 years.

My question is, will I be able to get my CDL upgraded again without all the tests especially the driving test??? Or am I screwed can't get it back??

Not,exactly sure what they would do at a weigh station to you.Probanby shut you down and say"you dont have a cdl anymore,you never "self certified".Its supposed to be "easier" not carrying a mediclal card around.
