Trying to track an oil leak on the back of the head. Valve and rocker box gaskets changed about 14k miles ago but didn't help. Has a fairly steady stream running down passenger side rear of block. Losing 1/2 - 1 gallon a week mostly from this leak.

When did you notice the leak was it after the valve cover gasket was changed. I had it happen to me. The gasket was crimped. I would look at that.

Dealer changed valve and rocker box gaskets for me because of the leak. Paperwork claims it was the rocker box originally leaking but doesn't appear to have changed since it was done. Doesn't appear to be from the valve cover. All the oil seems to be below it but can't pinpoint the exact spot since it's hard to see back there. Will try to get a picture later

Only thing behind there that could be leaking oil would be where the injector & jake brake wire go into the cylinder head. Was that checked?

Is it leaking around front cover and running to back down a crack? It happens

I don't believe so but maybe. The block Is fairly dry till you get to back corner of the valve, rocker box, head. I can see ithe drip from the back corner but can't tell where from yet

I think they replaced the harness but not sure. I'll have to pull the paperwork out and see
