California operation (carb email)

I Transflowed the form in just now. I just happen to have a printer in the truck. I had to beg them to email the form and when I complained that I was given the wrong information every time I asked about this. The only message I got back was "This message has been logged". Sounds like a threat to me. I feel like an employee. Maybe California will help with that.

Doesn't matter if they put me OOS anyway. I've been sitting here for a week because every load I pick gets canceled or delayed two days.

Adobe Reader has a nifty electronic signature option. Take a pic of your sig and then you can apply it to pdf's.

I've used it the last few documents that needed signed, including this one.

I then email it to my ICA and he takes care of it from there.
