Did you think I actually forgot about you??? Hmm ... I hate to ruin your evening but I couldn't help but to inform you I am currently $879.14 away from owning this truck. Not only that, but along the way during this whole journey, my wife has completed med school and is now a physician. A family doc to be exact. So sorry to inform you Bubba but I'm still winning....Once I have title in hand you will be the first to know. It's the naysayers and doubters like you that help fuel my resolve. Thank you

 

Yes sir it was May of 2014 and currently $879.14 from free and clear title and yup still with western

 

HI..I wanted to know if you are still doing as well with WE as you first started. My husband just finished orientations this week. He also will be a L/O, in the flatbed division. He's pretty excited. Just wanted to know your experience up to this point. Congrats with the Lease Purchase by the way!

 

My experience is going to be drastically different than your husbands for sure.He should have a much smoother go of it.
I came into the program when it was first started,and there were at that time a lot of issues or "bugs" that needed to be worked out for the program to run smoother. That was back in the summer of 2014, so not long after things improved overall in the lease program. From what I hear the program grew quickly. Me personally I've had over 10 dispatchers up to this point. Not by my doing but just from turnover or transfers on the dm side.At times this made things difficult but once you go through it a couple of times its no big deal . It's just part of the business.Jessica was far and away the best dm I had. From what I understand she's on the owner op side now not the lp side. I wish I had more info to give you for the flatbed side but I don't have much info on that part of the program since I'm van. Bottom line is the real money is in being a trainer. There's a Facebook page for westerns lease purchase where David or one of the other folks posts the top earners checks on a weekly basis. That will give you a general idea of what's possible.
There's weeks I've netted anywhere from 1500 to 3600 I do take a lot of time off though. There's other guys and gals making much more.It just all depends on the contractor "driver"
