google the company Maverick Transportation (don't think I can put their website on here, so I removed it).

They have everything there... hiring area, job descriptions, pay rates... I have seen a lot of good things about them on here. Someone mentioned some bad posts but I have not read those, but will. I would trust the comments from notarps. Which leads to a question: How do you run flatbeads and not use tarps? :biggrin_25525: Notarps?

Thanks, for the nice comment about me!:biggrin_25520: Now so you know the rest of the story..... notarps is a well known legend...:biggrin_25523: Hard to walk away from that...:biggrin_25522: Actually it is a old handle. I used to pull flats, but never tarped till I went with maverick. Kind of like the name superman you don't see him going by man......:biggrin_2554: Some yardbirds on here call me tarps ...:biggrin_25523:

You are welcome. lol.. I am contacting them again this week to see what their hiring status is. I am in AZ but have put my house up this week and I am thinking of picking up and moving to the Carolinas so I can be available for driving jobs, cause there are none here. Crete and Swift are the only 2 hiring from Phx., and I am worried with Crete as I have seen alot of posts saying they have drivers sitting, low miles... scary.
