A question about Maverick TCD

When you say really good money, what kind of weekly/annual figures are we talking about?

 

If you hit their bonuses you can make .50 cpm. I think you get as high as .52 cpm now. I'd have guys grossing 1400 to 1600 a week and only running 2600 miles to get it. Their pay is high because they aren't a big miles kind of company and detention and stop pays were good too. It has been awhile since I was there but most of the drivers were making good money and the trainers were making around 70k. I would say 55-62 for a solo is obtainable. I struggled with some guys, and I don't know how, but I had some trouble ones that couldn't seem to get 2100 miles a week. I had a goal that all my guys should not be below 2300 miles a week on a quarterly average, if they were, I was working to figure out why.

 

That's not bad...did they run NYC on TCD and if so, was it forced?

 

NYC was pretty rare. I might have seen one load a month. Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Baltimore are the big ones they hit. There are others but those are the ones that are the biggest pain to deal with.

 

Your profile says you live NE PA and they hit Souderton, Allentown, Hazleton pretty frequently.

im goin to maverick myself in the TC div. im goin thru cdl sponsorship program thru ASU Newport i would like to know of anyone who gone this program and there thoughts

 

I will be going to the same thing. Orientation for me starts next
Feb 26th for me. I found a you tube videos of a guy who went through it.

 

yea the 26th is the one i was wanting to go but that may be on hold..anyways could you tell me who it is on youtube who has vid on the schooling there ?
