Yes, you get paid for all miles, tools, permits, plate, qcolm, etc etc...The O/O just paid the fuel and truck maintenance and that;s it

I've heard guys sit more than move freight yes I know take what someone says with an open mind.unfortunately in these forums you read more bad than good adopt most co. leasing on with a co. is a tough decision we all have family's who depend on our decisions

I'm in a lease and it's a joke. I've been trying driving for a while and got into a lease. The money is OK but when you look at the big picture you're paying double or triple what the truck is worth ... As a team we average from 2,500 to 3,700 a week. Like I say it's OK pay but could be more.

No all leases purchase deals are bad. When you're paying twice or three times as much for a truck... It's not worth it.. There isn't one lease purchase that's 650 a month for 5 to 6 years.. all leases purchase payments are around 300 to 1000 a week for 4 1/2 to 6 years. Now do the math and tell me is it worth it.. Now if you're smart and that's only if you're have some common since ... Get in to a lease that can be concealed at any time.. work hard for a year or more and save up and buy your own truck. That's what I'm in the process of doing.

I've never did a L/P I've been putting mile markers in my back pocket for 37yrs in my opinion find a good local co. That pays prevailing wages or buy your own rig .my feeling is when u L/P ur not doing yourself any favors . You are doing the co. A huge one 1. They don't have to match your taxes 1099. 2. They get a driver that usually needs to work and will always run out his 14 a day. 3. They eliminate cost of a late model not ordered with O/O specs tractor . Also fuel and maintenance cost due to uninformed and inexperienced drivers. 4. No vacation time no sick days no health ins.Nothing. just to name a few. Find a good paying hourly job locally or buy your own by the way bieng an O/O isn't for everyone. If that's what u want to do then my advice is payments r cheaper than repairs. Just saying

You're not going to find a truck payment $650 a month unless its an older truck. But I understand where you're coming from. Those leases are expensive!
