The speeding up, and losing control of the vehicle are the two things that is probably hurting you thever most....which companies see as directly leading to the wreck.

Those are 2 big no-no's with companies.

I'm sure someone out there will hire you, though. I mean there are convicted felons out on the road.

Recruiters usually have a formula given to them by the company. One crash and two tickets, two crashes and one ticket, nothing within a year, all within three years... That sort of thing. If you get past that screen you will usually get to write or explain each item. Keep it simple and don't be evasive. If they're asking you to explain it means they want to hire you. The degree to which companies will let some things slide usually depends on how bad they need drivers at that time.

So you had a wreck in your personal Vehicle. Big deal. Now shut up about it and apply for jobs. If the wreck was 3 years old and not on your MVR as in Not ticketed for it or over 3 years old, not a problem. If it is on your MVR you might have to wait until it falls off. Explain what happened only after being asked. No one cares about the details they just have to check a box on the form for the Government.

LOL.. geez I'm just using a public forum in the way it was intended.. my bad? Schneider and CR England viewed it as a big deal.. Crete, I believe was more because of the school I attended.. and it's about 1.5 years old..
I'm the type that appreciates input from those willing to oblige.. so, I asked

I am trying to help. Don't talk yourself out of jobs. Give out the minimum. Don't put yourself down. The interview process is just about getting a job offer. Once you have the job then you will have to preform. If you can do the job, no one cares about your past. If you can't no one cares about your future.

I was wondering about the time frame. Don't give up. Keep applying and interviewing. If anything you will learn what works and what doesn't when dealing with possible employers.
