I originally came here to help on the design off the main street but instead will place my bet on what mega company driver was going to be first to put a chip in the fresh painted yellow posts, bend in a hung sign or layover a section of fencing that gets put up between the two businesses.

Just as a point a reference regarding the 65' figure, I pull a 45' with a single screw daycab, and when I back in next to a 53' the "53" sticker ends up right next to my window.

All you need in a confined area like that to help semi's (Tractor - trailers) is what they used to do with trains you have a big turnstile you place the vehicle on it and turn them around 180 degrees and away they go. Problem solved.Last edited: Feb 17, 2017

In a the city, a number of parking garages have something like that right in front of an elevator. They are not powered by electric motors. You drive the car on a tad off center, then slam the brakes, turntable spins, back into elevator and off to your floor.
