I like chemical tanks and the money can be great. You learn to drive in a way that compensates for the surge. Many loads are out, deliver and back empty. Sometimes you get a washout and keep going. Loading is usually drop n hook or I sit in a break room until THEY load the trailer. Half of the time they take care of the unloading too. The worst thing about tanker is in the summer, having to suit up in a chemical suit. But it;s not very often unless you get on something like a dedicated acid run and then you know what you are getting into from the start. I just wish I hadn't waited so many years to go from dry van to tank.
Chinatown will be along and he can tell you companys in your area.

I can't think of any cons to tanker trucking.
I've hauled a load of acid from Tennessee to Los Angeles; take 45 minutes to unload, then deadhead back to Tennessee. Great money and pays the same empty or loaded. No waiting around truck stops waiting for loads. Customers happy to see you and usually pretty sharp people working at chemical plants. Chemical plants don't hire the village idiots like grocery warehouses do.

I'm going to find a good company like Trimac but I live in Virginia trying to move to Florida or Georgia so I know there are challenges

There is a CON to tankers. You actually have to be able to drive to pull tanker.

Anything you want in Savannah,GA. Probably most tanker outfits are represented there.
Tybee Island is a good location to live and only about 18 miles from Savannah.
