0.6 ltr per mile so 6.7 us 7.5 cdn but that is pulling tridemes in the mountains i could see 8 us with an 80000 gross on intersates, you have to understand that it is onley 450 hp and 1550 tork we use to do the same thing with big cam 4 and silver 92s big power is big money and i have 814000 miles on my u joints try that with a 600 hp mill what it comes down to is fuel econamy and that i put 4 grand more in my jeans every month, so i get to Edmonton 15 min after they do but the 8 weeks a year i take off makes up for it. So call me a fool for having an mbe but hay summers are great here in the okanagan and the skiing is great to so that makes up for it, the only thing i would change is the cad the classic sucks i have had cold feet ever since i got the truck but i think there is a way to fix that G...

I had a very similar problem with my mbe but mine was the EGR and the EGR cooler that were clogged on the inside , when the mechanic took it all apart he said he's never seen any thing like that before , he deals mostly with MBE engines so he's seen it all.i had all that replaced and now it runs like the day I bought it...perfect
