    Yeah, his old clunker died on his way to work one morning. But nothing wrong with a good used. I've never bought a new car in my life. I've always drove truck, and couldn' see buying new to just sit. My old 2004 Duramax had 322,000 on her, little tlc needed here and there, but gets me to work. They even said a million times in orientation don't change your lifestyle for a year, so you experience all four seasons, and see the busy and the slow.

    He's got to be up in the 70's, I'd rather get low mileage and lots of activity, but I don't live in an area where that happens.

    Just my opinion, I feel new hires should already have HM just like I did before consideration. WM runs enough dedicated to cover overflow while the PF trys to fill open positions.

    If a guy knows The job that he wants to apply for requires hazmat you would think that they would be in the process of getting a hazmat well they're hiring process is it taking place is just being proactive

    That's exactly what I did. After trip to DC for driving test and physical I set up TSA background check and went to BMV and passed hazmat test. I was able to get ball rolling and had the actual endorsement on license by the time of onboarding.

    wish i could apply at a dc more then 250 miles away and dont have to move. theres always dc's like 300 miles and under coming open.
