They do have quick pass, I can confirm that. I start driving for them tomorrow.

 

I started yesterday. Im in training with them right now.

 

Two weeks of orientation?

 

I'm a new driver. They are paying me while attending Sage. Then I'll have two weeks of orientation and 4-8 weeks with a trainer, depending on how well I do.

 

That's good, I'm in the two week orientation up at Dot Mt Sterling, right now. It's been good so far. I'm coming from the warehouse so I know some of the material already. Yesterday we toured the Shop and it's top quality.

 

That's awesome. I'm out of the Cambridge City DC. I used to work in warehousing at General Mills. Drove a fork lift and loaded trailers at the DC in Fort Wayne. Dot has a lot of the same items as far as dry and cooler items. Just unfamiliar with frozen items but it's all on a spread sheet and item numbers are present so shouldn't be hard to figure out lol.

 

Been to cambridge city in...yes, they are quick...every time I've been there.

 

Hey can you tell me how the unloading process goes when you unloading your own truck? I'm interested in applying to DOT but wanna know more about unloading process
