First off, anyone with more than a few m9nths experience should know that NO company does a lease purchase to make the driver money. Does a car dealer lease you a car to own it? Hell no. Second off, I have been with Wfx for 3 and a half years. Probably one of the best Jobs I've had in 13 years of driving. If they treat you like #### it's because you are the problem l. Probably whining and crying all the time about go's knows what. I love it here, made 60 grand as a company driver last year. Maybe rethink your options and understand that if you can't afford to go to a truck dealer and buy a truck, then you shouldn't own one.

Are there any L/P drivers currently with Western Flyer Express, that have been leasing with them for a good amount of time? I was just looking into them, not gonna make the jump yet would like to hear feedback from drivers currently with them and leasing. I don't want to here from past drivers that had a cup of coffee behind the wheel of there lease program.

I'm leased on with Western. I pick my own loads from Schneider, XPO, CH, coyote, ATS and a few others. It's a 70/30 split with no trailer rental fee. How much you make and where you go is up to you if you're bringing in your own truck.

If you're in an area where they have freight they'll offer it to you, but you don't have to take it. I will say that their freight pays pretty well. Their 500-700 mile freight pays really good because that's a one day run for me.
