Michael Dent is as bad as Fleetcor, universal, and fuelman. He doesn't return emails after getting you setup with this junk. Check out the BBB on them. F+.
Michael why don't you respond to my email, you turd? Sick of the fees terrible customer service and hour wait to talk to a rep. F+ is giving you too much credit.Last edited by a moderator: Jan 27, 2018

Tell us how your really feel. I fine it a little suspicious that @Callin22 only has 2 posts and they're in the same thread about the same person...........hmmmm.
-
We use Comdata. Today one of my drivers went over a limit of 250 gallons. We had no idea we had a gallon limit per card. He got 250.289 gallons and they locked the card. So my wife calls in. Mrs I need your security pin......what pin? Couldn't help us. Because of .289 gallons. Unreal.

I think Id pay cash, pick up some dog droppings and send the card back..along with the droppings.

I created the account to post after I read the BS from him. I was on this thread after looking for a new fuel card service. Universal Premium is a joke and I wanted to share my crappy experience before Michael Dent cons someone else into signing up. I guess that is suspicious??? lol Oh look ChicagoJohn, I have 3 posts now! ChicagoJohn, you should definitely call Mr. Dent and start using U.P. Everyone else, beware!nofilter Thanks this.

Congratulations on your 3rd post, again to bash the same guy.

TheFuelman, are you lying? some other guys on here have comdata and they say there is a $2.00 charge per transaction... What's the deal?Last edited by a moderator: Jan 27, 2018

I appreciate you taking the time. I was suspiscious of the guy myself. he post "No transaction fees" but 2 guys before him say comdata charges $2.00 per transaction..
Thank you Callin22 -
Com data has $2/fee every time you have a transaction. A transaction is every time the card is used to purchase anything. If you use their check system you will pay up to $40/check depending on which account type you have.

I personally have had Fleet One OTR, and Comdata. FleetOne is cheaper even though you don't get the larger fuel discounts. If you do the math, you save 20-40 cents per gallon + cash price with Comdata, but they charge you $2/each time you fill up. Sorry, you are spending more. Fleet One OTR will give cash price and at TAs a 10 cents a gallon savings. You save more using them. The only bad thing I have against FleetOne/WEX is their support. It's terrible when you really need it. (On weekends, after hours)
