A lot of clerks I meet are just grumpy people for some reason. I'm OTR though, so I just shrug since I'm not likely to see them again, or at least for a long time.

 

Don't let a-holes like that pull you down to their level. Keep an absolutely straight face, remain professional and polite. It throws them way off their game. Their action is nothing without your reaction

 

Grow a set can be defined with other meanings besides assault. assaulting the individual shouldn't enter the picture,

Like dca said, physical altercations is not what im saying. Im saying grow a set, as in get tough, toughen up your thin skin. You wont make it far if a week in, a guy is getting under your skin.

Why does everyone think i pick on new guys? Honestly? I try everyday to help anyone needing it. If i see a situation arising at a customer i may just hang another minute to see if someone needs my help.

But because im tough and dont take nobodies #### who wants to ruin my day, i get labeled as the guy who bullies new guys. Wtf! I never labeled you, but you have the audacity to make judgement about me ? Grow a set dude. Plain and simple.

If you have a cookie, keep it. You may need crying food the next time someone talks to you.

Let me get this striaght, you can deal with me via the internet, but you cant deal with the guy in person?
