Truthfully, Ava Maria is a favorite of mine.
There's a retirement community in Florida named Ava Maria, but I'll stay in Vegas!

 

Another word about that Xanax it's not so much as a feel good, but it's sort of who gives a *&^#. All the stress people bring goes bye bye. Literally. If a child held a glass of water if Im on that stuff and is thirsty wanting water. I would not care. Understand? (I will travel a thousand lakes to give that kid water....) but drugs is something else.

My personal favorite is Versed. It makes you forget. Then you wonder what you lost in that time it's inside of you.

 

"Smoke on the water" by Deep Purple would be even worse to get stuck in your head for 2 weeks.

Speaking of music or sound for sleep, that's what I do. I set my Tunein phone app to classical symphony or the sound of running water.

Set the app timer to shut off in an hour, works wonderfully.

 

Nice. Im not very bright or smart with high faulting music. But big pipe would be my line. If you can hold it together long enough to finish the tune without destructing the building it's in.

I saw on some channel, such as Discovery, some guy bought a huge pipe organ that was in a church that was being demolished. He had to refurbish his whole house to make it fit. He rebuilt the inside of his house around the pipe organ. Beautiful job to. He said, "I don't care what anyone thinks, it's something I've wanted to do for a long time."

 

You should look at Playboy and Hustler magazines until you fall asleep during the sleep study.
