yes i own an iveco. its running a full US driveline.

You wont find our combinations anywhere else in the world. We are known for having a diverse freight task, as well as the harshest operating environments.

In my eyes, the euro stuff is ok, but needs to take that last step up. That wont happen as the euro mfgs are happy with where they are at.

Pre EGR/SCR is where its at. no BS to break and loose power/economy.
And Us trucks are while not the cloud type comfort of a euro, they are a much better drivers machine. my iveco could make a sailor seasick on rough roads.

In EU trucks you adapt it to yourself,in US truck you have to adapt yourself to the truck ,just diffferent trucking philosophy

I don't think we take advantage of the trucks capabilites here in the states. I wish they would approve double 53's as long as it didn't lower the shipping rates and they paid the driver a few more cents. I know they run doubles across Kansas but I'm not sure what the companies are hauling, the weight in each van, or what the rates are.

I've run triples here in Oreegone. But ours look like toy trains compared to the Aussie ones. What's the max length? It's 105' here.
