Swift transportation and Stevens transportation

It's .30 cents a mile. Unless they dropped it .04

 

Even a .30 thats around or just over minimum wage

 

With Stevens long hauls, and drop yards, you can easily average 3k a week. They just upped truck speeds to 64. 3k is 900 gross. 47k a year, not bad for first year. Probably be more like 40k after time off and a few bad weeks. Still not bad for first year.....

 

It can be much better! At least the trucks are loaded because that will be you home for a while

I wish I had the funding to start my own mega carrier. People line up to run team with a "trainer" for two months at $400-500 a week, then either work for 30cpm or lease a truck for 85cpm. Love it

 

At Swift they start anywhere from .36 - .38 cents a mile. Steven's has apus and nicer equipment.
