Regardless of why you want to do it just a word to the wise from a guy that runs all weedburners, make #### sure you have MORE than adequate distance from the tip of that blowtorch to any and all rubber and plastic airlines, we lost a brake can diaphragm to one!!!

My 04 t600 had the weed the burner and decided to add vertical stacks.

 

I'm guessing that a Volvo, for whatever reason is probably the last truck to get customized or modified in any way, wit that said, pull your covers and take a look at it, has to be somewhere just before your upturn into the stacks that you can cut the pipe and go out the back, can't be that hard.

When I did my T2000's I even used part of the stack as my tailpipe, don't think I had more than 20.00 in the changeover for clamps and hangers.

 

Also note too add, if you can find a Body Builder publication on line for your year. make and model it will have everything you need, aside from that, head down to your local Volvo dealer, they would have spec's and routing diagrams in the parts dept.
