Whether we like it or not, our ancestors play a role in determining who we are.
YOU may be at risk for certain health issues from heredity traits, to your lifestyle, habits, even environment playing a part to defining your health.
Your work environment can also put you at risk for certain diseases.
Keeping yourselves healthy requires doing research on your surroundings and ancestory.
Knowing yourself from the past to today can help in maintaining good health.

I don't have anything bad in my family, except that my Grandpa died of lung cancer. I do try and stay healthy by smoking like a freight train (coughing cleans out lungs) and drinking my share of beer (cleans out my kidneys) though.
