"Locks weren't operable"? Doesn't sound like a whole lot on that truck was operable.
What is there to do inside a Pilot for three hours anyway? Sound's like a setup to me. -
They need to check out skid row.

39 bottles of beer on the wall 39 bottles of beer on the wall or was it 38 thats alot of booze to go missing someone having a bit of party somewhere hey needed some cheering up hey, or perhaps there trying to bake a cake.

3 hours inside a Pilot, inoperable locks on the truck, temp tags on the trailer, driver unsure of where he is going. Hmm... Either an insurance fraud setup, or the driver is trying to CHA before a major crime-ring busting investigation collapses on his butt like a ton of bricks.
