Where to go from here at Schneider, help please.

I am Regional out of the Dallas OC herr with Schneider, I never wanted this but that is all they would give me since I live 128 miles from Dallas however they gave me the option of weekly if I bring my own vehicle to go home or every two weeks go home and bring the truck home. So, I do not understand if I can bring my own vehicle with Regional what the difference is with Costco that I originally wanted as other drivers do this with them? I am pretty depressed with this last week, I would get a load only to get there and be told the date has been changed and I need to call dispatcher or Relay a load to the OC to pick up another Relay only to find out another driver was never dispatched to pick it up and Relay here. I am not out of my mind as to what to do and going to see about talking to them but in the mean time if you guys could help I would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.

 

Been here since December 27th, I have a year and a half tractor trailer and a year and half straight truck experience.

 

Unfortunately the only job locally that gave me a chance was Rural trash pick up, I did that for a year and a half. getting in and out 350 times a day. I tried for a front loader but no go on that so I am doing what I have to for now. My kids are now 19, 17, 15 and 13 and my mother and grandmother live with me lol.

Tell her its cheaper here depending on where you live, the guy I bought my land from has 5 acres next to me he is starting to clear off and is asking $15,000 for it.
