April 15th to file. However, employers are required by law to send out W2 forms no later than the end of February. Which means he should've received his by the end of last week.
G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
I can file without them then file an amended return once I get them. Just a hassleG13Tomcat Thanks this.

I hope you get em. I was visioning a closed company in Court Control with nothing coming to you.
I had no idea it was this bad. -
Bucks Transportation has completely closed shop, at least he will take my calls.
The other guy, Crace Trucking, that guy won't take my calls, his number is no longer any good, I managed to contact his wife on Facebook and she says that she's legally got nothing to do with him or the business any longer. So that tells me he's still in business. I've tried contacting his phone number listed on his dot and it doesn't work. He still owes me for 7 loads, close to $1200. I've emailed both and my emails get returned.
Sad #### about Crace, she says she's got nothing to do with the business, but it was her money that got him started, and it was her who booked my loadspassingthru69, mjd4277, x1Heavy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Ok Let me ask you this. HER might be who put a load on your 5th wheel great. But who signed that check? The husband? Go after him with a lawyer in small claims possible. WIth the right records of your unpaid trips done you should have no trouble recovering this money from the exhusband who may or may not still be running loads.
In fact... I might take a moment and think that you might be awarded even more than what you have not been paid.
If HER signed the paycheck.. then sue her. Her protestations that she is not involved NOW is not a defense. -
I've still got the PDF files from the scans of all the loads I delivered for them. Including the last 7 that I've not been paid on.
As for my pay, they never gave me a check, they would do a bank wire transfer from their bank to mine then send me a paystub in my email, but it took me 4 weeks to get pay stubsx1Heavy Thanks this. -
oooo. cute.
Sue em both as a company. My head hurts. I hope you understand that I'll leave this alone tonight. Thank god Im not a lawyer.
That is a rather interseting way to get paid. Im accustomed to seeing everything on time including the stub.Gunner75 Thanks this. -
I contacted a lawyer back after I left bucks and started at national strategic. He wanted $500 to start the process, then anytime he has to go to court it was another $500. Far as I'm concerned, it's a washx1Heavy Thanks this.

And that is why so many small companies get away with what they do. Too costly for small guys like us to recoup our losses
