No, I was in one of the black Freightliner's. I think Luke was driving the black Pete back then.

 

Like went in to the Freightliner when someone else went in the red Pete and that was right around the time I left. I was told several drivers are suing him over not getting paid as well as other people that are after him. Someone posted something about it making the news and I assumed it was pertaining to him or the company but I never heard anything about that. As far as the 1099 it's like he disappeared off the face of the earth.

 

No it definitely wasn't just you. Thankfully I decided to get out when I did even though I didn't get paid. I heard he left a big mess with drivers behind all this.

 

Yeah, I posted a reply to him asking about it.

 

I bought me a truck and leased in to my old company. It's an all owner op company and only left when my truck put me down. At the time I wasn't in a position to buy another one. Glad to be back though and things are back to normal.
