Cdl help- solved!

    I'm posting this for my girlfriend, she went to a cdl school and now days before her to test there saying she has a accident on here MVR and they need the paperwork and if the accident is over so much money they will have to dismiss her for being a liability. My question is this, she has her permit but it expires in 4 days, with an expired permit and no drivers license can she still go to another cdl school and get her cdl? Thanks

    Permit can always be extended, if she "forgot" to mention the accident then they might have grounds to charge her for the school either way.

    There not gonna charge her for the school but they have ran her MVR twice since she left before due to family problems. So the permit can be extended? What companies will take someone into there school with a different state permit?

    She'll just have to renew her permit and continue on with another school.
    Was she in a trucking company school or private school?
    Which state is she in?

    Carolina Logistics might take her. It's a 1099 company with their own cdl school. The cut some slack on the MVR.
    As far as I know, she'll have to get a new permit from the state the school is in.
    Are you saying she's from Iowa and was in cdl school in Iowa?

    She's from there and that's the schools location too.

    Must be CRST. She should try to renew her permits now in Iowa or wait in case she goes to another school in another state and study for that state. The tests won't be much different in any state. She can study though by Google : Free CDL Practice Tests state

    Permits only good in iowa. If she goes to a cdl school in kowa then yes someone will take her. If its out of state, she has to get a permit im that state.
