What about Navajo Express or Freymiller?

Tried Duncan and Sons they are right around the corner. They said 2 years though so more then likely it's an insurance thing with no room to budge.

I wouldn't say either is great, but both are pretty respectable companies for the driver.
If you want him home more, then look at linehaul companies such as Estes Express, Old Dominion, Mountain Valley Express, R&L Carriers, Saia LTL Freight. If he has tanker/hazmat endorsements he can do even better.

He has tanker hazmart but doesn't want to drive it. I submitted him to Old Dominion. I'll look up the others. Thanks.

China he's got Danny Herman and Navajo both wanting him. He's leaning with Navajo, more time like 10s at home and 4 state run. The cents per mile and snow is a concern with Danny Herman. Input.

Alcohol is digested roughly at the rate of .016 mg per hour so as a guide a person who has a BAC of .16 would take 10 hours to get back to .00 drinking coffee, juice, water won't speed it up its just a matter of waiting it out. 24 hrs should be enough time to get back to .00

Hey China, he's definitely siding with Navajo. I just finished reading reviews on Glass door. Not very many of their drivers have anything good to say about them... :(
