There are plenty of other options for storing chains. Headache racks are not required by law to pull a deck.

Mine. Not sure if I like it. Not sure if it's going to stay. But it's an idea for you. Depending on the stack size/location you should be able to work around the stack.Oxbow Thanks this. -
While a headache rack like that will work, and is totally legal, I have always thought they are ugly. But that's just my humble opinion.cnsper Thanks this.

That's not bad. Just needs to be sand blasted and chrome plated. And maybe a touch taller.
