If you go to the forum section "Motor Carrier Questions", you'll see there's an Interstate section there. Several threads about their Freedom Board.

 

I see the responses on here in regards to being released to the Freedom board, but not really helpful. I have almost 10 years of experience and got my truck from Quality. No previous load board experience, but I've been at INTD for over 30 days and they won't release me to the Freedom Board. I was told by the recruiter and in orientatio that if you don't have previous load board experience, then you'll be dispatched for the first 30 days. But my business partner isn't trying to hear that. So.... I guess I'm stuck for 4 1/2 more months being dispatched. I hope there's some better paying freight on Freedom.

 

Seems we just have to get everything in writing, to hold companies accountable, anymore.

Someone has to haul the cheaper frt. Enter the new hire. Go in there and stand up for yourself. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Just be nice and firm and remind them what you were told. They are testing your resolve.
