they all ask me that question and i tell them I sleep like a baby. and if he/she does then im done for as trying to get on with wm. i dont have the money to pay for it

 

When you get past the phone interview, you'll get a call from hr out of the dc you'll be working out of. It wouldn't hurt to ask about it then. That's what I did and was told I would be fine. And then when I did my dot physical, I wasn't even asked about how well I slept and the dr didn't check my neck size. But this may vary state to state. The good thing is, once you get on with Walmart, they fully cover anything involving sleep apnea, which is something I plan to take full advantage of soon.

Call the D.C. today and ask the safety manager their apnea policy. Your best way to be prepared that way. They are all different.

 

when I did my physical here in CA they ask u about sleep apnea. I have had it since 2013 so it wasn't a big deal for me but in your case it depends on the doctor best of luck to you.

Just adding - had a buddy get through the whole physical - last question doctor asked was do you have trouble sleeping? Buddy says no - doc says I have to measure your neck - it was 19 1/2 - doc says anything 19 and above requires sleep study - blew him out of the water - safety guy says get sleep study and reapply - but he can't afford it. He's still bent.

 

well it's been a short 5 days of orientation and it was fun with alot of food and info. I think the worst part was the CBLs and pro-tread. haha but i only been driving for 10 years and I must say I have never met a company that has been so nice and caring like WM I can't wait to start my future here. thanks everyone once again for all the great info.

 

thats what I affraid of. im not worried about the doctors im worried about wm across the board 17/30 standards. i have always had a 2 year card with real doctors and doctor offices
