    Some guy yelled at my wife when she was in high school for calling it poo. She has a thin akin so she didn't for many years. Especially when we lived where they don't call it that. After we moved to Chicago, she started again.

    Whatever works. Just going off what female friends have told me. If you're going to buy a funnel, just get it anywhere but f#&king Walmart.

    Cut back. There's no scientific proof diet soda is bad. Glad your not pounding 10 regular sodas then you'll be a diabetic in no time. The less you drink caffeine the more it will work when you do.

    These drivers that dehydrate them selves by drinking no fluids or not much are killing their organs over time. You must keep hydrated so you don't have health issues when your older.

    I drink a gallon of water overnight and drink 1 thurmos keto coffee. I stop 2-6 times on my 585 mile run. Just depends.Mostly ramps. Takes 5 min to squirt the dirt and roll. But I run in the middle of no where anyways. But it's good to stop and take a break and use the restroom. Stopping will keep your back from getting messed up. Dehydrating yourself is the worst thing you can do health wise.

    Just stop the truck and get out and pee. Get an adult diaper if u can't stop in time. Cheese and rice, can u read a map

    Bottom line, stop drinking sweet drinks. Period.

    Soda pop is not engineered to quench your thirst. It is designed to make you more thirsty by dehydrating you. Pay attention to sodium levels (salt). The sweeter the drink the more salt can be added. That's why high fructose corn syrup is so popular with large food and beverage companies. It's 180% sweeter than sugar (50% glucose and 50% fructose), so they can boost the amount of salt to counteract the sweetness to make you want to drink even more.

    Diet sweeteners are even worse on the sweetness scale.

    Sugar (50% glucose and 50% fructose) is a known addictive substance. It works on your brain the same way heroin or cocaine does, but it is a more powerful addictor. Food companies have known about this for decades. It's why today you have grain flavored sugar, coffee flavored sugar, even meat flavored sugar.

    Back away from the soda pop. Back away from the sugar and salt.

    Instead eat raw fruits and vegetables. Then you won't need as much water to stay hydrated. Raw fruits and vegetables contain plenty of fluids, vitamins, enzymes, and sugarS (sugars are the building blocks of carbohydrates, and carbohydrates are also known as fiber). There are hundreds of different kinds of sugar. Food companies want you to dominate your consumption to glucose and fructose, which addict you and turn your microbiome into an unhealthy mess.

    I usually drink about a half pint of water a day, in addition to a couple pints of cold brewed coffee and eating plenty of bananas, apples, oranges, blueberries, and a big salad. I know I am well hydrated. I lost 45 lbs easily by changing what I eat and haven't been sick at all in over three years.

    Don't fall for the "happy happy, joy joy" advertising CRAP for fast food. Figure it out. Your sense of taste will change. I can't stand to walk down the candy aisle anymore. It burns my nose like walking down the detergent aisle.
