D13 hard start issue

I just had this issue, and it was an injector. Air getting into the fuel.

 

Is the engine cold when your trying to start it? If the temps are below 32f that does make an engine harder to crank an old trick we used was holding a rag with petrol over the air intake that gives it a big boost. if its hard to crank when the engine is hot then yes you got a bigger issue well and best off taking it back to the dealer if its still under warranty.

 

Ask them what their test procedure was

 

Ok so they pulled all 6 and gave a visual inspection for soot evidence?
