    Teeter hang - up.
Google it; should have done this 20 yrs. ago.
    What a difference.
Puts all the juice in your discs back where it belongs.
And a good Chiropractor - for the bad days.
Ain't it great getting old, or what?

I never got that riding on the floor deal alot of drivers prefer. Seems pointless to have a nice air ride seat and let all the air out!
Now you do have to use a little common sense adjusting the air in the seat. Just enough so it doesn't bottom out, but gives you a nice smooth ride. The seat must have a good shock absorber in it so you don't bounce around like a clown.
Had a wonderful pair of Bostrom seats in my '95 KW with adjustable shocks that were the best seats I ever rode in! I never had the luxury of having one of those high dollar heated leather massaging couches they have out now, but when I see a guy lucky enough to have 'em and he's riding with all the air out I have wonder why?

    JMHO!

Literally no touch freight. First bulk tanker. Then flatbed and finally regular tanker. (Milk in this case) when the back healed, I went back into Reefer and container. Then covered wagon work that did well. A blacktop trucking work tossed me a dump truck to drive and we go get several people on a corner each monrning near a big job, they manned the tools. Good ones got hired. I stayed int he dump.

Back to reefer. This time after three years I was strong again. Meat and seafood etc. Moved to Arkansas. Arkansas represented to me America. A freedom in so many ways a discarding of all the negative stuff and a very rapid... extremely rapid way of learning our south post 1865.

Back into trucking! Concrete ready mix foir a while Learned to run a Front end loader, juice it, feed it, fuel it dental work on the bocket with compressed air and three inch bolts etc. Feed the plant rock and sand. 16 hours a day, no matter the heat. Fun fun fun. Too hot though. Three valves were discvoered bad. They say anyone should be dead with that. I said Ive used up 8 lives anyhow it don't bother me. That was 15 years ago. Back is bad now.

    What to do?"

My last runs were made for McKesson. A drug company that seels pain medicines, narcotics and schedule 4, 3 2 and 1 drugs to the USA INCLUDING many more tens of thousands of foumularies you cannot begin toimagine. I did not write this to worry you, but you go into Memphis. Pick up loaded, sealed trailer, Grab your team mate and GO. GTFO of memhis. Be at customer next morning. Sit and stay a couple hours. You get reloaded with cardboard and handed papers back to memphis. Back you go.

Repeat today delivery before sunrise towmoorrow. Money will take of itself an that stuff in trucking, the complaining etc etc etc.. all gone. No worries unless you want it to be.

I used a big HD chain one to fill in a birth defect back there. No problems. From that anyhow. The colt though is less than welcome some days.

Ya,seat position make a Huge difference.I 've seen it to people sitting "up as high as the seat will go" Lurched over the wheel, with the wheel under their belly.Sitting in a cramped position, with no leg room.I use a "little" bit of lower lumbar and ever so slight (one tap on upper lumbar).Seat about 1/2 aired up.Bring the steering wheel to you.It shouldn't be a "stretchforward" to reach the wheel. That seat raised to high tends to push on the sciatic nerves on back of legs.JMO
