Quite obvious why we are over regulated huh? To many throttle jockey's out there. As my great grandfather Poppy use to say.... If common sense was dynamite some folks wouldn't have enough to blow their nose.
-
Quite obvious he never heard about those OSOW tickets. Those tickets are so big that you have to mortgage your house to pay them.Lepton1, Bean Jr., passingthru69 and 5 others Thank this.

I got to thinking about this a little deeper, lets say this load did get out there on the road. Apparently it did.
So this "Meatling," or "Meat with eyes," In a hurry, making time, gets moving a little too fast into a curve,
and this tie down job goes bad. Not to mention the total unprofessionalism shown - this could be deadly
not only for him, but especially for others, cause entire load now becomes a projectile as well.
Crushes two cars.
You could go as far as to say wanton disregard for safety.
Prosecutor/Courts would have a field day.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
As will the distinct lack of Vaseline when he gets bent over by the DOT when he gets fines. Let alone if something goes wrong...
-
Shipper shouldn't have let him leave yard unless they are clueless too..
Tb0n3, Lepton1, insertnamehere and 4 others Thank this. -
Why? They did there job of loading it. Shippers aren't responsible for how the trucker ties it down. I'm all for these idiots doing crap like that and getting bent over.
-
@nate980 one would hope they would learn and take some respect in what they do. But unfortunately I doubt that will be the case.

Im curious about how he even got van e-track straps to begin with...
