    Have you gone to the unemployment office or the Department of Labor to see if there are any openings that you could apply for?

    You may want to go various warehouses, distribution centers, receiving centers, and loading docks to see if there are any job openings. A lot of those jobs can be very physically strenuous. Some of these positions can lead to a driving job.

    I don't know if you belong to any labor unions or not, however, you may want to check union halls to see if there are any job openings that you could possibly apply for.

    You may want to go through the phone book looking up various trucking companies. Afterwards, go online and fill out their applications. Some companies may want you to apply in person.
