I was a husband wife team and I wanted to touch on a few things.
Teams get along better when the truck is moving, there is one rule. No fighting, implied threats or any words used to make driver unsafe or vice versa. If something happens and it did come out that you two were fighting for whatever small reason, has now just become a REAL BIG problem. And you cannot ever take that back.
The other rule to help with the fight rule is simple. If there is tension try to solve it calmy together, you in the pax seat and whoever is driving is on cruise with a relatively quiet road to talk. NEver during rush hour etc. If there is a point of debate that you two cannot agree on properly and it becomes towards escalation, then one of you needs to hit the bunk with the curtians closed until you both can be civil to one another again.
Dispatchers will absolutely fire both of you and send both of you home your seperate ways wheverver it mght be at any time in the USA rather than risk a domestic inside the truck.
That truck is first. Cargo is second. And you humans dead last. You don't matter. And at the same time you maddder to all concerned there on the job site because there is a load to deliver.
Be good girls. Don't tempt the boys too much. Good luck!

Regardless, her heart seems in the right place, and it's hard to fault that.
I can be contentious, cantankerous, disputatious which probably makes me unfit for teaming.... I might forget I threw you under the drive tire. That's no good.Shock Therapy Thanks this.
