It's all a numbers game. With turnover in the 90% range you can't blame the company for their massive recruiting efforts to keeps the seats occupied. Don't hate on interstate because you can't keep up with basic technology

They (and most other carriers) probably pay more for recruiting than they do actual driver wages. It's a subject for another thread, and one that most of us experienced drivers know all to well, but...
if they paid us fairly, and for all hours actually worked, they'd probably not have a 90% turnover rate and wouldn't need a massive recruiting department.sevenmph and Guitar Man Thank this. -

This is an old thread but just for the record, Interstate Dist doesn't exist anymore. It was absorbed into Heartland express in 2017.
