I've been wondering how Trump and his administration are affecting freight coming out of Mexico.
O/Os and company drivers who regularly run that lane, have you noticed a drop? Or has it been business as usual?
I can check the various financial sites but I much prefer to hear it from those in the trenches.
Thanks in advance.

It won't.
He has a long way to renegotiate NAFTA and the other treaties, and he can impose a border tax like other countries have done but I don't think that will slow us down.EatYourVeggies Thanks this. -
We get a lot of intermodal freight that comes up from Mexico via the Ports, nothing has changed, not likely to change any time soon.

If anything we will get more runs that drop just across the border maybe? Im not very informed on it but if anything id imagine it would be more freight for us

It will never change. There would be no produce if we didn't have Mexican imports. Trump is nuts! Wait until your next PU truck costs $70,000 !
